Instead of managing documents through menus and manual steps, users can work through conversation, from preparing a document to sending it out for signature and receiving a finished, sealed PDF.

Formify is built on three core parts.

First, AI-assisted e-signing. Chat your way through the signing process. Formify helps users prepare signing flows and send documents for signature without clicking through complex menus.

Second, a built-in assistant for every signer. Every document can include an AI assistant that helps the signer understand what they are signing. It explains complex clauses, reduces language barriers and supports a more confident signing experience.

Third, the Formify MCP server. Formify can be used directly from other AI chats and AI workflows, so users can create and send contracts without opening Formify, making e-signing part of the AI tools they already use.

Formify supports flexible signing options, from simple ink signing to stronger identity verification, with eIDAS support for Europe.
