Instead of managing five specialists across three time zones, clients get one accountable European lead who coordinates the entire project: country and city fit, residence route, property strategy, licensed tax and legal specialists, banking and FX, local partners, and execution. Primary corridors are France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Monaco.

The engagement starts with the European Home Blueprint ($7,500, three weeks): a dated decision file covering country, residence route, property plan, specialist map, risks, budget, and timeline. If it does not create clarity on country, budget, tax route, and timeline, the fee is refunded and the client keeps the work. Clients who proceed move into a concierge execution mandate (from $30,000, Blueprint fee credited) where EPO manages the plan through to keys, residence, and a working setup on the ground.
