Welcome to the Task Bar Hero (TBH) strategy wiki — an English-first database for Task Bar Hero, the free idle x hack-and-slash RPG that launched on Steam on May 27, 2026 and hit "Very Positive" reviews with 15,000+ concurrent players on day one. Its charm is that a tiny pixel hero lives in your Windows taskbar, auto-battling and collecting loot as you work. Fun to watch — but the systems run deep: six classes, a rune tree with a tricky unlock order, the Hero-dric Cube (crafting, alchemy, decoration, engraving, inscription), nine gear rarities from Common to Cosmic, pets, Soul Stones, Act bosses, and idle/offline efficiency. It's easy to freeze up wondering what to do first. So this wiki turns every item, class, rune, pet and material into a sortable, filterable database: best-class tier lists, rune unlock priority, early-game settings, cube alchemy money tips, material reverse-lookups, drop and rarity lists, safe Steam Market selling, and black-screen fixes. We don't stop at lookups — interactive tools like a rune tree planner, build maker, rarity filters and a cube calculator let you theorycraft on the spot. We obsess over speed and trust: a static site means no ad interruptions and snappy loading, numbers update every patch, and each page lists its game version and sources, all grounded in hands-on testing. From new players to hardcore grinders pushing Torment and the endgame, the goal is the shortest route to your answer. Bookmark Task Bar Hero's go-to companion.
