STR8 is an iOS fitness app that generates a gym training plan tailored to your goals, experience, weekly availability, and the equipment you have access to.

How it works
You begin by filling out a short onboarding quiz that covers your fitness level, objectives, schedule, and available equipment. Based on this, STR8 builds a structured program. As you complete workouts, the app tracks your inputs and updates training variables like load and volume to match your ongoing performance.

What makes it different
STR8 is built around a structured rules engine based on recognized systems such as NASM OPT and NSCA. Each workout is processed through defined progression pathways, workload boundaries, and safety checks before being assigned. This results in a stable and consistent training approach, as opposed to less predictable AI-generated routines.

Core features

• - Training plans customized to your goals, time, and equipment

• - Exercise tutorials to help ensure proper form

• - Unified space for planning and logging workouts

• - Performance insights, including volume tracking and progress patterns

Who it’s for
Designed for those new to the gym, professionals with limited time, individuals returning after a break, and experienced trainees looking to move past plateaus.

Pricing & access
STR8 offers a 7-day free trial with unrestricted access. There are no upfront payments, no contracts, and users can cancel at any time.

The app is intended mainly for gym use, as it relies on access to standard training equipment not typically found in home environments.
