Most résumés never reach a human. Applicant Tracking Systems parse applications first, and if the software can't read the file structure, the candidate is filtered out no matter how qualified they are. Most people never learn this happened — they just assume they weren't good enough.

The problem is worse in Colombia, and no international tool addresses it. The three formats people actually use all break ATS parsers: SIGEP, the government-mandated résumé built from nested tables; Minerva 1003, a printed form sold in stationery shops that millions still fill out; and Word templates full of columns and text boxes.

Other résumé builders hand you a template, which means starting over. cvats does the opposite — you upload the résumé you already have and get back a version parsers can actually read, with your content intact. No retyping, no rebuilding.

Genuinely free. No account, no paywall, no trial that expires mid-task. Someone job hunting is often between paychecks, which is exactly the wrong moment to ask for a credit card.

Nothing is stored. Résumés carry phone numbers, home addresses, and full employment history. cvats processes files without persisting them to any storage layer. That's not a policy promise — there's no storage layer in the architecture.

Two minutes. Job searching is exhausting enough. The tool does one thing and gets out of the way.
