DobroDesk brings AI customer support, email and website chat into shared inboxes with clear ownership, customer context and no per-seat fees.

Turn a question into the next step

Help a customer find an answer, choose a service or complete a booking without leaving the conversation. With the relevant integrations and actions configured, the widget can show availability, collect the customer's choice and confirm the result. Order lookups and other permitted actions use the same conversation context. When a request needs a person, your team continues with the history intact.

Keep AI and your team in control

Use approved knowledge for AI answers, review drafts before sending or enable automatic replies for routine questions within your configured rules. Approval is the default. Sensitive or uncertain requests go to a person. Assign an owner, route work to the right inbox and keep private notes beside the customer conversation.

Recent inbox updates improve conversation loading and switching while preserving customer context and message history.

Support customers on the web and in your app

The published Mobile SDK 0.2.0 brings DobroDesk support to iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, Capacitor and NativeScript apps. See the SDK integration guides for identity, messaging and optional voice or push setup.

Clear pricing for the whole team
