Festa | AI-native OS for events

Festa is an AI event coordinator that runs the operational side of events in real time. It acts as a single system for guest communication, answering questions, sending updates, and coordinating details automatically over text.

Festa works proactively, tracking what’s changing and stepping in when needed, so guests stay informed and hosts stay in control without the constant manual effort.

It works for any event, from conferences to festivals to community gatherings, but it’s starting with weddings, where the coordination problem is most acute.

The average wedding has 150 guests and dozens of details that shift throughout the day, and most guest questions arrive when the couple has no way to answer them.

Someone needs parking directions, someone missed the shuttle, the caterer wants a final headcount. Festa handles all of it over text, so the couple stays present at their own wedding and guests get answers in the moment.

The same engine that keeps a wedding running smoothly works
