Veritask

Most task management apps stop at checkmarks. Veritask starts where they stop — with real, verifiable proof that the job is complete. Built for teams that work on‑site, and for anyone who demands accountability instead of guesswork.

What makes Veritask different:

• Rich task details: address, geolocation, price, comments, attachments, checklists

• Interactive contact info: phone numbers, emails, usernames, and URLs become tappable links with easy access to all popular communication apps

• Proof of work completion feature: request live camera shots or other evidence before a task can be closed by the assignee

• Self‑assignment (task marketplace) feature: let your team claim the work they want

• Map and calendar views built for mobile crews: see tasks on a map, get directions in one tap, spot your busiest days instantly

• Separate workspaces for personal and business needs: client projects, family errands, and side work stay cleanly apart, but all in one app

• Connect up to 500 colleagues: no per‑user fees

• Real‑time sync across iOS, Android, and browser app

• Offline access

Veritask can be used as:

• Personal / shared to-do list

• Task manager / tracker / planner / scheduler

• Work management tool

• Personal / shared calendar

• Purchase / shopping / grocery list

• Checklist

• Simple orders management app

• Punchlist (snag list, defect list)

While Veritask is great for any type of business and personal needs, it is especially useful for field service specialists:

• House repair

• Plumbing

• Electrical

• HVAC

• Cleaning

• Landscaping

• Pest control

• etc.

Veritask is better alternative to:

• Microsoft To-Do – if you need more control on shared tasks, evidence of completed work, task discussions and other business-oriented features

• Google Tasks – if you need shareable to-do list for business (Google Tasks is made only for simple personal tasks)

• Todoist – if you need proof of work completion and another business features, not just a shared to-do list, and much cheaper

• TickTick – if you need team accountability and field‑service focused solution

• Jobber – if you want simple, but powerful job tracking tool without the CRM bloat and high per‑seat costs

• Housecall Pro – if you need more straightforward and cheaper platform to manage your field-service business
