About PinDownCloud

I'm Ivan, the maker of PinDownCloud.

This started from a personal frustration: I was a designer who lived on Pinterest. Every client project began with "send me a moodboard" — and that meant manually saving 200+ images one by one, resizing browser windows, clicking, scrolling, clicking again. It was 2024 and I was acting like it was still Ctrl+S era.

I looked for a tool that would just… batch download an entire board. The ones I found either crashed on large boards, left watermarks, or maxed out my CPU for 30 minutes while my browser froze.

So I built PinDownCloud differently: your browser does nothing. Our cloud does everything.

Here's how it works:

Install the Chrome extension
Navigate to any Pinterest board
Click "Download"
Close your laptop if you want — the cloud processes it in the background and emails you when your ZIP is ready
You get a clean ZIP with the original filenames, ready to drop straight into Figma, Canva, or your asset library.

What makes it different:

Works on boards with 10,000+ pins (no limits)
Videos included in the same batch
Original HD quality, no watermarks or compression
Background processing — close the browser, the download keeps running
We're at 500K+ images downloaded and growing. Still early days, and I'd love to hear what features matter most to you.

Let me know what you think! 🙏
