Sansglu is the gluten-free restaurant map for people who actually react, not gluten-free by choice, celiac. Finding a place you can trust with celiac disease is close to a coin flip: reviews come from people who do not get sick, dedicated-kitchen labels are self-reported, and half the listings have not been checked in years. I am celiac, diagnosed as a kid, and I built Sansglu to fix that. Every restaurant gets a 0-to-100 safety score based on how the kitchen really runs, with dedicated setups and separate fryers flagged and the date it was last checked. Reviews come only from other celiacs. No ads, no paid placements. And it is a fast, beautifully designed map, not a 2014 website on your phone.
