About EoL Tracking

EOL Tracking — Know before your hardware becomes a liability

Every switch, server, firewall, and laptop in your fleet has an expiration date. When a vendor drops support, that device stops getting security patches — and quietly turns into your next breach or unplanned outage. EOL Tracking exists to make sure that date never catches you off guard.

EOL Tracking is a focused, agentless tool for monitoring the end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-support (EOS) dates of your IT hardware. There's nothing to install on your devices and no network scanner to deploy: you register each asset with its manufacturer, model, and vendor-published EOL date, and the platform does the watching for you. Every asset's status is recalculated in real time on each load — no stale spreadsheets, no manual date math.

The live dashboard gives you an instant read on your whole estate, with totals for Good, Warning, and Expired assets you can search, filter, and sort. Configurable early warnings flip assets to "Warning" ahead of their EOL date — 180 days by default, adjustable from a week to two years — so you're planning replacements on your schedule instead of scrambling on theirs. When something needs attention, alerts reach you by email digest and straight into Slack or Microsoft Teams via webhook. Already handling a device? Snooze it to mute the noise until it matters again.

Built for the way IT teams and MSPs actually work, EOL Tracking lets you organize assets by client and location, import your existing fleet from a CSV in one paste, and export a filtered view or generate a PDF report any time for audits and management reviews. Accounts are secure by default, with email verification, self-serve password reset, hashed credentials, and brute-force protection.

Start free with up to five assets — no credit card required. When you're ready to scale, unlimited tracking is €20/month or €200/year, with self-serve billing, downloadable invoices, and cancel-anytime flexibility through a Stripe-powered portal.

Unsupported hardware is a breach waiting to happen, and your next outage is already on the calendar. EOL Tracking helps you find it first — turning a scattered, easy-to-forget risk into a single dashboard you can act on. Set it up in less time than it took to read this, and never be surprised by an end-of-life date again.
